That also means that seven out of eight don't. It seems to me that the seven out of eight Canadians who don't smoke marijuana would be very much in favour of taxing
marijuana. Those who do smoke marijuana would prefer buying their marijuana from legal, regulated and taxed sources, as opposed to criminals -- who may sell other, much more dangerous drugs like heroin, crack cocaine or methamphetamine, and who offer free samples
to their marijuana customers.
