A Brampton real-estate agent has been arrested and charged with procuring houses for organized crime to grow marijuana, Peel Regional Police say.
After a six-month investigation involving the RCMP, OPP and Canada Customs, police in Peel say two homes in Brampton were sold, registered with false titles and then turned into grow operations.
The agent faces several charges. Two alleged accomplices have also been charged, and police say their investigation continues.
